Our 304 stainless steel cold rolled sheet and coil, also known as Inox 304, is one of the most versatile and widely used austenitic stainless steel materials, featuring excellent corrosion resistance, high dimensional accuracy, smooth surface finish and outstanding formability. It is produced under strict quality control, fully compliant with ASTM A240, GB/T 3280, JIS G4305 and EN 10088 standards, with equivalent grades including AISI 304, UNS S30400, SUS304 and 1.4301.
 
Manufactured by advanced cold rolling process and solution heat treatment at 1050–1150°C, our 304 cold rolled stainless steel coil offers uniform thickness, flat surface, fine grain structure and excellent mechanical properties. The material contains approximately 18% chromium and 8% nickel, providing good resistance to atmospheric corrosion, fresh water, weak acids and alkalis, and ensuring long service life in both indoor and outdoor environments.
 
Available in a wide range of sizes: thickness from 0.3mm to 3.0mm, width from 600mm to 2000mm, with custom lengths and slitting services. Common surface finishes include 2B (smooth cold rolled), BA (bright annealed), No.4 (brushed), HL (hairline), 4K/6K/8K mirror and other customized finishes to meet different decorative and industrial requirements.
 
With high dimensional precision (thickness tolerance ±0.02~±0.03mm), good ductility, excellent weldability and deep drawing performance, our 304 cold rolled stainless steel sheet and coil can be easily processed into various components through bending, stamping, welding and polishing. It is widely applied in kitchenware, food processing equipment, architectural decoration, elevator panels, handrails, door and window frames, chemical containers, heat exchangers, medical equipment and home appliances.
